From the president
At the beginning of my journey to obtain a PhD in education, I felt overwhelmed as a single mother and full-time educator. Balancing my responsibilities made the process feel like too much to handle. However, by connecting with my peers who were also pursuing their dissertations, we were able to share tips and strategies for overcoming the challenges we faced. This camaraderie and support from others who understood my struggles provided the encouragement I needed to succeed.
